Project description
In collaboration with Körber Pharma, Alphagate applies its expertise in the field of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) through the provision and continuous development of the A-Sphere HMI platform. The A-Sphere HMI from Alphagate was used to develop a specific framework for the requirements of Körber Pharma, which is continuously adapted to new technological demands and customer-specific developments. The goal of the platform is to enhance user-friendliness and flexibility in machine control, making the operation of pharmaceutical production lines efficient and safe.
Focal points
Further development of the Line Optimizer product by Körber Pharma:
- Support in optimizing the 'Line Optimizer' to increase the quality and efficiency of production lines.
- LION provides unified control and quality monitoring of the entire production line in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.
Development of Augmented Reality (AR) solutions:
- AR solutions to support the Line Optimizer for more efficient control and monitoring.
- Features such as visual assistance and live data integration simplify maintenance tasks and reduce operator errors.
Implementation of new features and system integration:
