YouTube

This website uses plugins from YouTube, a service operated by Google. The provider of these pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. In the process, the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

For more information on how YouTube handles user data, please refer to YouTube’s privacy policy: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

Google Maps / Google Earth

Our website uses the Google Maps mapping service, provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Maps enables the display of interactive maps directly on our website.

When using Google Maps, personal data, especially your IP address, may be transferred to and processed on Google's servers in the USA. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, as integrating Google Maps allows for a user-friendly presentation of our locations.

Google processes this data under its own responsibility. For more information on how Google processes data and your rights and settings to protect your privacy, please refer to Google’s privacy policy: www.google.com/intl/en_US/help/terms_maps/.

If personal data is transferred to the USA, this is done based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, the personal data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and any follow-up questions.

The storage of the IP address and the timestamp of the request serves legal protection purposes, particularly to track potential misuse of an email address.

Your data will be deleted after the expiration of tax and commercial retention obligations unless you have explicitly consented to further use. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, withdraw consent, and object to processing at any time.

Hubspot

Alphagate Automation Technology Ltd. uses HubSpot for marketing and sales activities on its website. HubSpot is a U.S. software company with a branch in Europe: HubSpot Ireland Limited, 2nd Floor, 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.

We use this integrated software solution for our own marketing, lead generation, and sales activities. These include, among others, email marketing (e.g., newsletters and automated mailings), social media publishing and reporting, contact management (such as user segmentation and CRM), landing pages, and contact forms.

HubSpot uses cookies. The collected information (e.g., IP address, geographic location, browser type, visit duration, and pages viewed) is analyzed by HubSpot on our behalf to generate reports on website visits and visited pages.

The information collected via HubSpot, as well as the contents of our website, is stored on HubSpot’s service provider servers. If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, data processing on this website takes place for the purpose of website analysis. Since personal data may be transferred to the U.S., additional protective measures are necessary to ensure GDPR-compliant data protection levels. To achieve this, we have entered into standard contractual clauses with the provider in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. These clauses require the recipient of the data in the U.S. to process the data in compliance with European data protection standards. In cases where this contractual extension alone does not ensure an adequate level of protection, we seek additional safeguards and commitments from the recipient in the U.S.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

You can permanently object to the collection of data by HubSpot and the setting of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future.
