New wing
To foster better creative development, Alphagate has added and renovated an entirely new wing with double the space.
Just in time for the start of the year 2021 the construction workers began the demolition of the new wing. The construction site was huge and complex. Walls were knocked down, doors were moved, new walls were erected, office spaces were built, and floors were laid.
For months, some employees had no workspace, but this wasn't a big issue due to the recurring lockdowns, as most employees were working from home anyway.
Actually, a perfect timing for such a complex undertaking!
By mid-March, each employee had the opportunity to choose a workspace in the Online Collaboration Tool “Miro” and contribute to the design of the office spaces using various tools. The Alphagate team actively participated in the design process and shared their preferences, which ultimately led to the current ambiance.
The large kitchen with a big table for shared meals with colleagues and clients, and the newly equipped meeting rooms for creative work, complete the cozy atmosphere at Alphagate.
The effort was great, but the result is even more spectacular!
By the end of April, all employees were able to move into their workspaces!
